I would like to commend Mike H. and his team on the diligent work they performed and great dedication they showed when installing our basement waterproofing system. They were professional and friendly in completing a very challenging job as it was raining heavily and they were working in water all day. At first, we were concerned about the quality of the job with the men working under such adverse conditions and communicated this to the manager of Vulcan. However, Mike took the lead in making sure that the job was completed to our complete satisfaction. The job was tested immediately with all this rain and continues to pass with flying colors.
