  • Headaches
  • Nasal Irritation
  • Respiratory Troubles

The air we breathe indoor can be polluted by a number of points. Amongst them are:

Airborne bacteria as well as viruses which can cause several conditions as well as infections. Germs and infections continue to breed and thrive in damp, moist and also stale environments.

Toxic Chemicals that end up being vapors from paint, house cleaners as well as solvents, adhesives as well as adhesives located in any variety of products in the home or service, aerosols, paint, chemicals, and also chemicals utilized in some carpets and also upholstery fabrics.

Irritants including pet dander, allergen, and also plant pollen.

It’s the water you can’t see that can ruin your structure! Pitch or tar used to water resistant outside walls at the time of initial building typically deteriorate in just 3 to 5 years leaving the wall surfaces unprotected against the incredible hydrostatic pressure of a high water table, below ground streams or veins.

An excess of water around grounds could weaken them creating destructive negotiation of the foundation.

Picture just what will take place to a block of sand in a pool of water. The erosion of concrete takes place the same method, over time with the structure slowly softening, then compromising up until it provides way, bringing water right into the basement or worse.

This was the second visit by Vulcan – the service technicians were very professional and did an amazing job – reviewed the project with me and explained what they were going to do and why they needed to do it – then they started right in and did the work. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone looking to get a water issue resolved in their basement.

Great service, very knowledgable staff and hard working crew! Install went well: 160 linear feet of underdrain pipe and crushed stone with 2 sump pits (one pit with 1 pump and the other upper pit with 2 pumps). Pumps run fine when needed. We now have a dry finished basement with peace of mind. Thanks Vulcan, great job!

Our basement flooded several times and had water level of up to 4 feet in one corner of the house. Vulcan assessed the situation and added french drains and new sump pump. They were very professional and not too costly. We haven’t had any issues since, this was in early 2000s.
